Shipping Policy

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify. Every item is printed fresh and shipped directly to you. Please read below for production times, delivery estimates, and everything in between.

How your order gets to you

Step 1 — Production (2–7 business days)
Your order is sent to our print partner immediately after checkout. The item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged. Most orders are ready within 2–7 business days. During peak seasons this may take a little longer.

Step 2 — Dispatch & shipping
Once production is complete, your order is handed to a carrier. You will receive a tracking email at this stage. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Step 3 — Delivered to your door
Your parcel arrives. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow it every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times

Times below are after dispatch and do not include the 2–7 business day production period. All times are business days only — weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand seasons. Always add 2–7 business days for production on top of the above.
Printify Express Delivery — US orders only
For eligible US orders, Express Delivery covers both production and shipping in a combined 2–3 business day turnaround. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for same-day processing. Not available for all products. An additional fee applies.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to activate.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at lakshru0506@wearshrak.com and we will check on it.

International orders & customs

  • We ship worldwide. International delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your country’s customs process.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
  • Customs clearance can add several business days to your delivery — this is outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local carrier processing.

Delays & exceptions

Occasionally, orders may take longer than expected. Common reasons include:

  • A garment being temporarily out of stock and needing to be reordered
  • A failed quality check requiring a reprint before dispatch
  • Orders containing 12 or more items
  • High-volume seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays
  • Severe weather events or carrier network disruptions

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If an order is returned to sender or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can only offer a reprint with an additional shipping charge or a partial refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you spot an error right after ordering, email us at lakshru0506@wearshrak.com immediately. We will try to correct it before production begins, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order is submitted.
