We are a print-on-demand store — every item is uniquely made once your order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
No returns or exchanges for change of mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, wrong colour, or simply changed your mind. Because every item is produced on demand, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — we’ll make it right
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you.
- 1 Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- 2 Email lakshru0506@wearshrak.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the defect
- 3 If multiple items with the same design are affected, include one photo or video showing all affected items in a single frame
Failed delivery
If your order is undelivered, we can offer a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.
DTG print tolerance
For direct-to-garment products, a print placement variation of up to 0.5 inches is within normal production tolerance and is not a defect.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
