Frequently asked questions
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days and then shipped. Add the delivery time for your region on top — typically 3–7 business days within the US, and 5–30 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Please contact us immediately at lakshru0506@wearshrak.com if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
We’re sorry to hear that! Email us at lakshru0506@wearshrak.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund — you do not need to return the item.

Each product page has a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your child and comparing to the guide before ordering, as sizing can vary between garment styles. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for growing room.
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country (typically 10–30 business days after dispatch). Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
